Mark did a great job in my property. An internal door needed a nightlatch lock fitted. It was a bit tricky to fit it due to the nature of the door frame however he managed to do it and went out of his way to do it properly. I can recommend him!

Approached 2 other Locksmiths - 1 didn't respond at all and the other was unable to help. Found Brokell locksmith. Sent message and received an immediate helpful response from Mark. He came the very next morning at the time arranged. The lock on my upvc window handle had stopped working. He carried out a thorough assessment to see if it was the lock, the handle or the window alignment, explaining everything as he went. We decided to replace the handle which he had on the van and the cost was made clear before he started work. The work was completed within 20 minutes and I have a 1 year warranty on the new handle.
