I hired Britannia Cleaning to do an end of tenancy clean for me.

Very friendly and professional, Pete was a pleasure to deal with - we discussed my requirements at length, and I could tell that he really cares about his clients. It most definitely shows.

I was offered a comprehensive service (both for the clean itself and the follow up with the landlord's agent if necessary) that was tailored specifically to my needs, all at a very reasonable rate.

Pete and his team were prompt showing up on the arranged day, and they got to work straight away, keeping me updated on progress throughout - the level of communication is great! They were really quick, and the job done was flawless.

The landlord's agent has very high standards for the properties she manages, and upon the final walkthrough of the property, she could not find a single issue with the cleaning, and even asked for more details about Britannia (which I passed on straight away).

In short, this was money very well spent, and I am only too happy to recommend Pete and his team! More...
