Would thoroughly recommend Brights Removals, I have just used them to move my parents belongings from Leicester to Leamington Spa. Mark came to my parents house on the Sunday prior to the move to assess what we needed to move. He mind it quite clear that doing it all in one day required us to be very clear on what we were moving and what we were leaving behind. No faffing if I remember correctly! Very happy with Mark and his team. Some of the access points were incredibly narrow, but the guys got everything in without any problems. All furniture was put back together perfectly, and Mark has great attention to detail which I appreciate (e.g. he was able to tell me missing parts from previous removals). We cannot thank Mark and his team enough for making our removal day an enjoyable experience, which could have been a horrible stressful day. They were extremely helpful, very professional and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, they coped with some very difficult challenges, without any moans or groans - very refreshing. We would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. Everything was put in the correct place, nothing got broken, they showed full respect for our belongings and home old and new. We meant to write this review earlier but got buried in the whole move and setup process. 3rd April seems so long ago now.

What an amazing team. Two of the most dedicated, polite, organized and professional individuals we have ever dealt with. Mark and his assistant ran up and down the stairs as if it was a walk in the park. They were clean, tidy and precise with everything they handled and did not mark a single wall or damage any of the items being moved.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a stress free moving experience.

Highly recommend Mark and the team, they’ve moved us twice now and both times been a really positive experience. Kept everywhere clean despite pouring rain and a very efficient service. These guys are fantastic and we loved having them in our old and then new house for the 2 days they were with us. They made a stressful time much easier. Mark, Mark and Dale were very friendly, so professional and they handled all of our property with the utmost of care.
