I've known Jo for a while now, and over that time I've grown really impressed with her knowledge and dedication to supporting her clients. This week she gave a talk at one of my networking groups, where she spoke very knowledgably about Branding. Don't usually do this kind of post but ...... I can't recommend Jo O'Neil enough for her help, I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out reports on Quickbooks Time reports and she was my saviour, after a few emails I knew exactly what I needed and I've now got it sorted. Here at Bright Cat, we do not take life too seriously, we work hard for your business, but we also know that there are people behind the logo! We like to get to know you as well as your business. We work with a wide range of businesses so even if the tasks we do are the same - no two jobs are ever the same. It keeps everything fresh and interesting!

Jo - I became a Virtual Assistant when I realised that I had more to give than the traditional business model would allow. Now, I can work on a schedule that fits the job rather than being constrained by the limits of 9-5. So, when working with me you will only be billed for the time when you will have my full focus and ambition to see you succeed!

We are professional but not conventional! With a certificate in digital marketing and a wealth of experience we have yet to find anything we can't turn our hand to! (Bookkeeping is coming soon!)
