For small businesses we offer a retained status of access to any HR service we provide, and where required we can create a be-spoke HR retained service as we appreciate all companies are different.

We provide training workshops on good conversations and having difficult conversations as these are critical to the success of people engagement within a company. We also provide manager and supervisory training on the understanding and fair and reasonable approach to implementation of basic policies.
