Whilst the limo was fine when it turned up, it was 35 minutes late for pick up, which was a horribly stressful start to my son's high school prom. Not only was it extremely late, but they just stopped answering my calls and texts completely. I rang over 20 times, in a panic, during the half hour and each time it was dropped.
