I called Boiler Servicing 24-7 for a quote to fit a new combi boiler. - The engineer was available the next day. He was clean, tidy and really professional.
I have already passed their details onto a family member, who needs a gas engineer.
In summery, absolutely fantastic work and customer service. We now have a plumber for life! Thanks so much for the quality work and customer service you gave. Would highly recommend to all.

Beware this company has taken over a good company and trading under the same name, do not use, I had a free service due as part of my contract, I booked it and they did not turn up or even phone, when I phoned them spoke to somebody called Richard who basically said they did not come out because it was a free service and they would not honour it, but they are still taking new customers, being looked into legally, beware avoid this company at all costs Boiler Servicing 24-7 were a good company, these cowboys took over the business a few months a go and kept the same name and even the website.

Really reliable company. Have used them a couple of times. Most recently to replace 4 bathroom radiator valves including addition of thermostats. Once again, cannot praise team high enough. Almost instant response to call for help and engineer on site in couple of days. The requested, very old, thermostatic valves were replace with minimum fuss or upheaval. Boiler they installed in February is brilliant. Again excellent from quotation through to final receipt. Alex the owner was quick to visit for a quote and we were happy with the quoted price. Chris installed the boiler helped with Amia (sorry for any misspellings :-) ) and went above & beyond to make sure everything worked as it should (few Hive issues & a toilet which wasn't working properly). Alex, was very proactive in that he was the first company to estimate and actually arrived early.
The Installing engineer was very pleasant.
although the job overran the estimated two days the engineer was very accommodating in what was a difficult installation of replacement boiler in the loft and adaption of older controls that I was familiar and happy with.
