Unprofessional. Arrived without the tools needed to do the job.
had to borrow a drill from my neighbour so that they could complete the job.
I provided various items including a bucket which they broke but didn't bother to tell me about. The gentleman who did the labouring was very polite and worked hard without much support from his colleague.

The proper tools you are referring to do the job I did make you aware that I had to pop back to the other job and pick them up which I did the tools you were referring to that you borrowed what is a bucket to give us some water and the drill you are referring to we put your panels up with nails but you are persistent to have screws cause you made us aware that you want to take them off and paint the other side we even offered to paint it for you free of charge and I did get my drill out of my van for some reason it was not working properly And your neighbours drill you were referring to sir that you were persistent to borrow the drill off your neighbour is something that we don’t do anyway but you the one that offered to us We do apologise if your bucket got broke it was something we was not aware of I will drop you back a new one if that’s okay with you

We are quite Comparison with our Prices , We remove all waste on day one we think about our customers neighbours as well by keeping everything tidy and we tried to go that extra mile to keep our customers happy and updated all the way through the job
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All though we were on site we were doing most of all updates through texting with our customers all of our guys keeping 3 m apart travelling in separate vehicles,regular washing and sanitising hands and Wearing face mask
