What do you love most about your job?
Making my clients` lives easier and completing tasks give me job satisfaction. This is a creative job. You create an environment for tenants to live. Property managers need customer service skills to manage tenants and properties.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Blue Crystal was founded by former estate agent Pelin Martin, who also became a co-founder of West London Property Networking. Pelin began her property career in 2006, having joined a large Kensington and Chelsea based and respected estate agents; working exclusively in the Prime Central London and West London property market. Her early career was spent in Chiswick and West Kensington, Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith moving on to Holland Park and Notting Hill and Kensington where she achieved record sales, providing clients with expert consulting on location, purchase and advice on maximising property potential. Pelin joined an international headhunting firm in the City for a year and decided her heart was in property management and followed what came naturally to her.
Although a tough negotiator, Pelin is known for her warm and personal approach towards clients and as a professional who is prepared to give fully of her time, energy and knowledge.
