Andrew contacted us very shortly after posting our request on Bark. An appointment and price was agreed. Andrew arrived at the time he said he would. After starting work on the guttering on our property, Andrew said he had found some problems with our roofing. When he pointed these out, they were obvious and as we had not had our roof repaired since we moved in over 20 years ago, it came as no surprise. Andrew said he could fix the problems we had and gave us a price. He finished the work on the same day. When it next rained, one of the original problems we had was still there. It didn't come to light until it rained heavily. I contacted Andrew who arrived after a couple of days as agreed and fixed the problem. Outstanding service - Andrew was prompt, friendly, thoroughly professional, and did an excellent job. I initially hired him to clean out our gutters (which he did very well), but we had also just developed a leak in our roof. I asked Andrew to have a look and he located the leak, showed me where it was and explained the necessary fixes, and proceeded to seal the leak and repoint all my roof ridge tiles in the middle of the gutter-cleaning job! All for a very reasonable rate.

Appauling!! Half did the job he quoted for to a very poor standard used expandable foam to fix a leak in guttering then left looking horrendous, blocking half guttering then called to return to sort out and now ignoring us! Do not use!!

Hi Rachel the work that I done for you was to replace the guttering and to stop a leak in your conservatory which was a showroom conservatory as you told me that’s been assembled numerous times that it wouldn’t sit flush to your wall I said to Rachel after trying to seal it with sillcon that did not work I came back for a second time and I recommend to Rachel the only way to stop the water coming in was to use expanding foam which did stop the leak she did not like the way it looked so I explained taking it out you would have a leak again so there is no other solution to that but I’m sorry that you felt the need to write this review about it however kind regards Andrew
