Renting a property can be a stressful and exhausting process. We recently had our long-term tenants leave our flat. The property needed a couple of repairs before being re-let, and we were left with limited time as we only had a window of a couple of weeks to get the place in good shape in order to put it back on the market. We promptly employed the services of Bho&Co to help us look for new tenants while my partner got on with the repairs. Bho&Co were proficient and worked hard to style and stage the flat, get photos taken and get it back on the market. The photos turned out amazing. They were professional and did an incredible job of drawing out the highlights of our apartment. They managed the process from getting the photos online, showing prospective tenants through the flat and completing the due diligence on the tenants.

Both Jenna and Hayley worked hard to turn the let around in a short timeframe. They kept us, as landlords, right by ensuring we had all the correct documentation available, they carried out the inventory and even tested our alarms. And on top of that, they managed to get some really lovely tenants in from the date we wanted. They took all the stress out of the process.

Hayley & Jenna are a great team. They are genuine, friendly and really are a breath of fresh air compared to other companies I have hired. This has been reflected in the relationship they have built with my tenant. If any maintenance arises they are able to attend to it swiftly and this again keeps my tenant happy in the property.
