Hi thanks for the feed back but checking your file and pictures taken by the team the render that fell out was repaired we don't carry out painting this is quiet clear in our contract

All was fine to start with. Door fitting was delayed, but I was fine with that. Now my door has been fitted, the fitters damaged the outside wall, when fitting the doors, and then did a botched job of repairing it.
When I contacted Benbrook, I was advised that in their terms and conditions it states that they don’t take responsibility for this type of damage. When I looked up their terms and conditions, it states they make good the damage. They won’t respond to my calls or emails so far. Very disappointing, so unless my wall is made good. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Had 3 bedroom Windows, kitchen window and front door all installed in one day. Guys were brilliant and tidied up after themselves. Quality Windows which have already made the house feel warmer and more secure. No hard sale from rep and genuinely interested in what we wanted. Would def recommend this company. We were loath to part with our original 1885 sash front windows, which we had kept going for over 30yrs.But constant repairs, noise, draughty windows, called us to a hard decision. The search was on to find a company that could deliver sash windows that wouldn’t make us regret replacing our old loved windows.Benbrook from the start were different from other window companies. When we were given a list of other clients that had had similar windows fitted in a 5mile radius, even before we signed up, we knew we were onto a winner.It was not plain sailing but any problems were dealt with professionally.So much so, that we later added 3 more windows to the house.They make me smile when I come home and perfect strangers comment on them. Excellent company. We decided to go with Bennbrook Windows as their Salesman, Mitch was very professional in comparison to the two others that we saw. There was no hard sell, he kept his appointment times and was very professional. This professionalism was evident at every stage of the process, including the surveying and the installation of the windows. The windows are excellent quality and have been fitted beautifully.
