We have brought our puppies for many years to Jenny's classes they are the best for introducing our new puppies to training in a gentle, treat filled environment. Instructions are always clear and the atmosphere is happy and relaxed for our new puppy to have a enjoyable time learning the basic skills for life. I would recommend Jenny's classes as first rate. Jenny has been great and given me the confidence and knowledge to teach my puppy his life skills. Jenny is friendly and calm and we have really enjoyed the puppy school. Totally recommend Jenny.

Fantastic training for owners and their puppies. Jenny has made such a positive difference in my approach to raising a happy, confident and sociable Cocker Spaniel. I love the fact that there is always another opportunity to further his - and my - skills! More...

Q&As

Working with new people and regular customers and seeing their confidence and ability grow.

I wanted to help people and their pets while using the most up to date, scientifically sound and effective methods.

The training and behaviour industry is unregulated, meaning that choosing the right professional can be a mine field. I not only have a masters degree in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling, I have over 7 years experience running my own behaviour and training business. Prior to running Bells and Whistles I worked with the RSPCA and have a variety of other experience in the animal industry. I am passionate about helping people and their pets, whether that means getting you started on the right track with Puppy School, helping with a behavioural issue, or getting you having fun with your dog through agility or other dog sports.

Services

We offer behavioural help for dogs, cats, horses and small animals. All our programmes are tailored to you and your pet, meaning you are much more likely to succeed in changing your pets behaviour. Our reward based methods offer a long-term solution - no quick fixes that won't last. You'll get the consultation, report and support for as long as you need it all for £130.

We offer several class types, from general 'manners' to rally and agility. Our classes are held in Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Stokenchurch, Lane End & Marlow. All classes are reward based and suitable for any breed. For Puppies up to 20 weeks old we offer the specialist 'Puppy School' course designed by renowned behaviourist and author Gwen Bailey.
