Keith provided an excellent service. We have a house in Belfast and the tenant rang on Saturday morning to say the boiler wasn't working. We rang a number of companies and eventually we got Kieth. The man is an absolute gentleman, he went himself and spent 3 hours at the house on a Saturday afternoon. He fixed the boiler and left it running like clockwork. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole asked to come out and fix leak came out replaced pipe £80 woke up next day to oil everywhere called couldn't make it out but said next day rang 2-3 times next day to find out when they would be coming all I got was there busy finally arrived 915pm checked their pipes said there not leaking coming from somewhere else found leak then charged me another £50 burner never worked properly after that so to another £80 for reconditioned burner with 3 months warranty from Another company so beware

I just met these guys at screw fit and they were so helpful. Screw fit didn’t have the flexi tail I needed and the guy offered a suggestion with one that they did have, even organising a couple of pieces of copper tubing out of their van. My old boiler die and Keith and his son came and install the new one. Excellent, fast & professional service. Anyway I'm not sure that they check quality of water with inhibitors within heating system. Paperwork is not their strong side. My gas certificate looks like writing on somebody knees with mistake about model of my combi boiler. After 2 weeks after installation still waiting for receipt. 5 stars anyway. More...
