Cannot recommend the Longwater branch highly enough - they have given the best care to our dogs in the past, both of whom required specialist care treatment in their latter years. Massive thank you to all who have just helped us at Norwich Hall Road Companion Care Vets (The one near Asda) we are visiting here on holiday when our dog got two ticks. After trying to unsuccessful remove them ourselves we needed a vet to help with the deep rooted head. Not knowing the area we had managed to book in and go to the wrong vets twice (not a good day) with the last one taking us to the "wrong" Pets at Home! However they couldn't have been more helpful when realising our plight and the lady on reception squeezed us in for the nurse to take a look. This unfortunately confirmed our fears and as such we believe vet Stefan and a lady vet stayed behind past their home time to help get them out of our dog. Brilliant can do attitude done with a smile. These guys and girls know their stuff too. Plus they kept apologising to us for the wait! Can't say thank you enough! Highly recommend! More...

I have been bringing my animals here for years and have never had a problem. They're always friendly and helpful. We have sadly lost 3 dogs in the last 2 years now which has been awful.
Our most recent old dog had to be put to sleep this week and the care and kindness of the staff has been wonderful.
Rob especially was so lovely and looked after her so well. The reception staff were lovely when we brought her in to be put to sleep. They immediately came and took us into a room so we didn't have to sit in the waiting room upset.
Thank you to everyone there who has loved and cared for our pets so well. Wouldn't go anywhere else x

Had to take my 5 month old lab puppy to the longwater vets as he ate a ball whole!! All the staff were so helpful, the receptionist, the vet and the vet nurse. We want thank everyone at our Longwater and the Sprowston branch for all the help and care with our boy Stanley. From my panicked phone call at 4:30pm yesterday as he had eaten some of his rope toy to today. He is now resting after having a big operation performed from the vets at Spowston and then today a check up appointment at Longwater with Karen. We are so thankful to have our boy home safe with us!
