Highly recommend Liam and his positive reward training techniques. We have 2 cocker spaniels. 1 so over friendly and excited he would bark and jump all over other dogs, he would pull on the lead to get to them and have no interest in being recalled, the other is so nervous she was afraid to leave our sides and backed away from other dogs giving us a huge imbalance. Putting Liam’s techniques in place has improved things massively , only today they both had a much calmer run round the field with a dog they hadn’t met before, recall is improving constantly and they both now walk much better on the lead. Highly recommend! We had just 3 sessions to set up the foundations for marker training and to resolve our Peggy’s bad lead habits of pulling and darting. Absolutely amazing with my excitable, noisy, demanding, bossy little diva Liam managed to put her in her place and get her to concentrate on what he wanted her to do rather than her doing what she wants. She isn’t bad with other dogs but struggles meeting them head on as gets over excited, Barky and normally has a throws all her toys out the pram. We have used Liam’s service on two occasions. Some time ago to provide puppy visits to our new lab and most recently to help us control and understand our rescue staffie. We have had few 121s starting with basic heel walking and control on the walk, followed by more complex work like separation, impulses control. Within 3 one to one sessions we've come such a long way. At the start our beagle wasent even toilet trained but now he is so well behaved. we are having 121 lessons for our girl inky who was a rescue dog. who was pulling on her lead so bad I couldn't walk her. Liam has made so much difference in her I can now walk her myself she is a lot more relaxed on the lead . and walking so much better after 4 lessons with liam there has been a massive improvement in inky. we are now working on socilising with other dogs while on a walk as she doesn't know how to act around other dogs she has not been socilised with other dogs before. Liam has transformed our household with his advice and support. Breaking established behaviour from older dogs and instilling good habits in younger ones. I would highly recommend Liam. He has made amazing progress with my pug, Boomer. He pulled on the lead, barked at other dogs and had terrible recall. Within 4 1-2-1 sessions he’s a different dog! Well I caught Liam as he was on my road and asked him what sort of things he does with dogs exchanged my dog issues with him and he came over after his appointment and within 5-10 mins he had my dog following his commands of not jumping up and walking next to him nicely. I was so shocked by this as my dog pulls me like mad when I take her for a walk it's a real difficulty to handle her while out. Liam is fantastic! I thought it was going to be a struggle getting my dog to listen as he’s now 4 with some bad habits and he’s a big strong male dog, but soon as Liam met Lenny he had him under control! Just had a lovely 30 minutes heel training with Lucy. Pacing the field, she got a little distracted by the birds but it was otherwise really good. Also had 20 down training with hot dogs. I like hot dog training, she does almost anything for that. I dropped it within 10 inches of her and she waited patiently til I clicked. Felt much more positive today. Lucy has really responded to Liams training methods. She lobes the rewards so is putting in the work. I'm not ashamed to say I need more training than Lucy but after only 2 sessions. We're both coming on a treat. She's now having a loony run around in the garden as a treat. Thanks Liam More...

Our dog Amy has been trained by Liam. We use a yes system which is just like clicker training. It's fabulous you can use it in any situation and it's a method that works. Even though we have had dogs before I think that it was us who needed training. It has given me more confidence especially when meeting other dogs. Liam is very calm and firm. I would recommend him to everyone and I do. We also use Max and Liam for dog walking. Amy loves it. They are very trustworthy. Also you get pictures on Facebook of the walk every time. We have been having Liam come to train our puppy Woody for a couple of months now and can honestly say what a fantastic job he's done. Not only is he amazing with Woody but has taught him and us so much in such a short space of time. Woody has improved massively on learning to heel as he used to constantly pull whilst out walking. He has also learnt sit, spin, down and touch in all of a matter of months. Any problems Liam is always there to help and answer any questions. My Spaniel and Beagle have been having walks daily with Liam for a just over a month now and all I can say is I wish I had started sooner! I love seeing the photos of the boys enjoying their walk when I’m at work, and they have become better on and off the lead for myself and my family on our walks, more calmer in the evening with that extra walk during the day. Cannot recommend Liam and everyone at Bedfordshire Dog centre enough. Started off with training for Toby which was brilliant and now he goes to Daycare at least once a week. .. he comes home shattered and judging by the photos I see he thoroughly enjoys it! Great service and competitive prices. Liam and colleagues are reliable and understand dogs very well. I particularly like that our dog gets walked in a pack so has the opportunity to socialise with other dogs. I understand that solo walks are also provided where needed. BDC provides the most exceptional service. I met Liam whilst out walking and it was a breath of fresh air to see a dog walker with a pack of dogs totally under control. My dog loves the freedom of running in the countryside. Liam has turned a very stubborn bulldog into one of the most trained dogs in the park, we had been on two training courses before but nothing seemed to work and Spencer was pulling and doing what ever he wanted to do. Liam has shown patients and given us the skills in a very short time to turn our dog into a obedient well trained dog that we are very proud of. We have been sending bailey there now for well over 12 months. He has become more sociable with other dogs, more playful, and basically sits and waits at the door in the morning for Liam to come and collect.

Having tried other training methods with my Labrador Henry (who is under a year old) and not seeing results I started 121 training with Liam at BDC using the marker training method. Within one session I had seen some impressive results! Even had him doing a trick! Liam is very passionate about dogs and it shows with his training sessions.
