Home Staging
During the consultation a full assessment of the interior and exterior is completed of your property with the home stager on site; this will include consideration of layout, lighting, furniture, decoration and kerb appeal. Following the consultation a key staging report will be sent to you, the report will detail ways in which you can stage your property for the best possible sales outcome.
With this service you will receive;
1. A key staging report detailing ways to improve the saleability of your home
2. A product shopping list for key items that are recommended to style and stage your home
3. A comprehensive plan of improvements tailored to your budget
4.The option to discuss further requirements with your Home Stager; such as project management for bigger staging jobs
Bespoke Room Design - Mini Package
A design service for the client that needs the finishing touches

A design service for those that already have parts of the room or scheme, but need help in pulling it all together. You already have the furniture and possibly have even started to decorate, but this space that you have been dreaming about isn’t matching up to expectations. This is where we come in and provide full support on bringing the whole room together with your planned design scheme and highlighting some additional design must haves to finish the room off to a high standard. We will work with your chosen budget and style.

Bespoke Room Design - Midi Package

A design service for those that need a bit more support and their vision pulling together

You may have thought about the end result, but need some support in getting there. We will create a full room design and layout for you, planning the space and sourcing the items. Everything you need will be considered; including furniture, accessories, flooring, walls, window treatments, storage, lighting and artwork. We can work with items you already have or start from scratch. All of this will be done working within your chosen budget and own personal style.
With this service you will receive;
1. Planning of an entire room design
2. E-Design board for your chosen room

This package is for someone that wants to leave the professionals to it, we will come to your home and discuss all of your design requirements. Planning a full design concept, sourcing and purchasing all goods, then coming back to your home to install and style the space perfectly. All you need to do is confirm your budget and give us a little information on your design style. If you wish to be more collaborative in the approach, this is welcomed. After all, the space is designed for you to love!
With this service you will receive;
1. On site visit and discussion for requirements
2. Full design concept
3. E-Design board for your chosen room
4. Room layout
5. All items sourced by the styling consultant
6. x1 set of revisions if required
