Billy arrived promptly, he was cheerful and polite and gave a reasonable quote. They carried out the work exactly as discussed and cleared the site before they left. Would definitely recommend.

Came within an hour of initial contact and saw that I had a converted garage with no side access. We agreed the quote and they were there the very next morning. One tree was largely taking over our neighbour's garden and therefore it was cut from that garden. The waste, however, could not go through the neighbour's garage as hoped, which was, unbeknown to me, a converted bedroom with a garage door in front. In spite of this, the work was in full progress when Billy suddenly increased the quote by nearly 50%. giving me a cock and bull story that bringing waste through the house rather than a garage automatically increases the fee due to the risk of interior damage. The tree invading the neighbour's garden was not even reduced how I wanted it and when I requested more taken off, they said everything was already tidied up. My garden is now full of thick branches and waste from two trees for us to sort out ourselves since we refused to pay the hefty surcharge.
Absolutely nothing professional here, it's just about the cash with zero customer satisfaction or care. Be cautious of tradesmen who are ready to start work immediately, with very little feedback, two of which is from the same person. Bark are now investigating. More...
