Bruce is a fantastic teacher who can coach at all ability levels. The variety of systems covered in these classes provide a comprehensive and highly functional base for self-defence in all manor of circumstances, blending highly functional and non nonsense approaches such as Muay Thai and Indonseian Pencak Silat with more restrained sporting styles including Taekwondo and Jui-Jitsu.
