initally they installed a disabled wetroom for me all was ok for a while eventually a bad smell was emminating from the shrouded toilet unit. I contacted them several times over several days to come and remove the toilet and see if they could solve the problem. They neglected to do this. Eventually, I was able to get the services of home improvements who were great they went the extra mile coming after they had finished work and removed the bowel, I was disappointed that what we found was not the professionaly done job that we had previously thought had been done, we found the pipe with the seal had either come away from the toilet bowel or had never been correctly connected in the first place, the pipe with the seal that connects to the toilet bowel outlet had been propped with two small pieces of plywood between the pipe and the wall, I assume in an effort to get the outlet on the bowel to meet the seal pipe correctly this of course would never be seen because of the shrouded unit until of course something went wrong and the toilet unit was removed. Home renovations fixed the problem quickly and efficently leaving the toilet functioning properly. would I recommend Banbridge bathroom centre well simply No not to anyone. More...

It only took us 17 years but we did it...or rather Banbridge Bathroom Centre did it! 3 bathrooms to be completely refurbished and within 5 days these guys had it completed & to an amazing standard. Damien was brilliant in helping us decide the different looks for each bathroom in the showroom & although I didn’t see any of the real workers on site to come home each night to see the progress was beyond exciting. I had a new bathroom put in last week. The guys were great. They arrived on time and done a first class job. From I first contacted the company until all complete was less than 4 weeks. Great value and the showroom guys were very helpful with the selection of the bathroom tile and that. The lads installing the bathroom were really professional and good craic. I don't nomally recommend work as I find that everyone has different standards but Banbridge Bathroom Centre have only one standard and that is .
.Perfection!
I needed a wetroom installed and they made the whole experience a pleasure. From the advice given in the show room, (what a selection of products, tiles and ideas), to the actual installation, every aspect was made so simple. The workmanship is of the absolute highest standard and carried out by the friendliest, cleanest, professionals. They arrived on time, wasted no time, and when the job was completed they even hoovered and washed the floors!
I was most impressed with the help and advice given, this is a company who really care and they have supplied much, much more than I could have envisaged. Thank you folks!
I would recommend Banbridge Bathroom Centre to anyone.

We would recommend the Banbridge Bathroom Centre to anyone! They were reliable and their workmanship was first class.
Somehow they managed to take out a bathroom (including floor / wall tiles) and replace it in less than one week with minimal disruption and no mess!

We recently converted our attic and were lucky to have Joe, Hugh and the fantastic team at Banbridge Bathroom Centre install our en suite. We first spoke to them at the planning stage and were given advise on lighting, layout and recesses which was invaluable. When work started they covered and protected our carpets, the men were unobtrusive and friendly and were genuinely a pleasure to have in the house. The project ran to budget and time and we were totally delighted by the result. Since then they have replaced showers, basins and tiles in another bathroom and I wont be going anywhere else when I replace my main bathroom in the near future. Would whole heartedly recommend. My experience with Banbridge Bathroom Centre has been outstanding. To date we have had a Bathroom, a Toilet and Shower room completed in full by them.
Also our kitchen floor and walls have been tiled. In addition our living room and hall have had a superb solid oak floor fitted.
I cannot recommend them enough. The customer care was flawless from the initial consultation,the subsequent quotes and fixtures and fittings.
The organizing skills of Joe and Hugh were exceptional with their experience and professionalism allowing a smooth journey through the renovation process.This was matched by the workmanship of all the workmen....joiners,tilers,plumbers. No task or evolving change throughout the process proved a problem. The tradesmen worked like a well oiled machine completing everything on time.
The finished product excelled our expectations. My family are totally delighted with the results. None of which would have been possible without the total and unique package that Banbridge Bathroom Centre provide.
My advice to anyone considering any work of this nature is to call with them at Ballydown. You will not be disappointed.The Showroom Staff including Martin and the ladies are a friendly introduction to your work.
