Needed a gas range cooker fitting after being let down by the supplier.Lady who answered phone (Sam) was brilliant & reworked their schedule to fit me in at busy time of year. Rang me back to confirm appointment. Fitters were on time & phoned before arrival, they removed old range cooker & fitted & setup new one, clean,tidy, polite, courteous & helpful. They even put the old one in the garage for me Sam phoned within hour of them leaving to check all was ok & to arrange invoice. Exceptional service. Quick response and great communication. The boiler shut down , Jack was here the same day and within days they fitted a new boiler. Very high standard and the fitter Michael was very polite, understandable, very tidy, did an amazing job , had dust sheets and cleaned up afterwards and turned up on time.
