After 22 years of working for the same company, I feel I had reached as far as i could go within the company. I felt that the next natural step would be to begin my own company that I could have full control of and strive for success.

No, I cant offer this as is a very manual job that I need to look at and inspect properly before being able to provide and accurate diagnosis and quote.
I can perhaps give an idea of what the job may entail, but it wont be entirely accurate unless I can see the issue in actual realtime.
