How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The majority of garages are sutable for conversion if of sound construction and can be converted to a bedroom, office space, playroom or home gym. The floor, walls and roof would require ti be thermally upgraded to meet current building regulations. Subject to the garage being connected to the house, planning permission may be required
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
To be suitable for conversion, the top of plasterboardto the underside of the ridge needs to be 2400mm
