What do you love most about your job?
My coaching duties are closely assisting professionals to become more empowered, confident, enthusiastic and to adopt goals including a highest vision action plan is a rewarding profession. Each career professional is different in their career outlook. Some feel just part of the company's furniture with stalled promotional prospects. Most see a tough glass ceiling that has to be broken so they can develop further or transition into a new career path. Overall the passion in changing professionals lives towards a better career is what I love doing.
I also love a more tangible challenge that involves product innovation consulting for innovators. My PhD degree lead to significant innovations in chemical formulations including modifying technical apparatus by design. Now for my brief analogy! Without a coherently designed scale drawing, it’s like assembling multi component flat pack furniture blindfolded. Hence, I have the passion to assist others interested in preparing new state of art that benefits humanity. I love engaging with all types of people as I've managed groups of upto 5 people before.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Firstly, let me outline my previous flaw: I used to have a major inferiority complex and my fixed mindset used to tell me that I’m always less capable than any of my superiors of team work. This stems from the many contractual job roles and HR departments not supporting the advanced skills training of middle ranking posts I held at the time. Also, my older family members never attained managerial positions in their careers hence no desirable role model apart from my parents constantly encouraging get me into medical school. I was not interested in medicine at all during my college years.
I changed my mindset fairly recently. Also the encouragement from a few of my business minded cousins and former colleagues inspired me to bring forward my talents towards career DTR coaching and product Innovation consultancy. I've tackled big challenges before by keeping up with priorities. I'm fortunate to possess previous strong work experience from 14 reputed organisations in both the public and private sector. Now that I've created my own stability as a highly committed freelance professional, I'm able to dedicate my time and energy in providing the best Career coaching and Product innovation consultancy with guaranteed results.

I am fortunate to have a wealth of life experience and I understand people better because our cerebral cortex, aka brain are highly complicated. I believe we are incentive driven creatures of habit. Absolutely nothing is lost as I carry forward my work experiences from reputed organisations. I quite recently obtained three fast track diplomas in coaching relating to career coaching. I can confidently and honestly say that I'm a qualified and experienced DTR career coach here. I already have the specialist research based skills, advanced problem solving abilities and expertise in product innovation consultancy. I very much enjoy working on physical material based products (Design Brief) and chemical formulations benefiting humanity.

I can provide services online using Skype or Zoom video call. I have a bureau, office chair, cabinets and adequate security at home. I'm highly disciplined when working from home.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have no plans to meet clients in person until all lockdown is lifted in the UK. All my specialist coaching including consultancy is managed from my home. Normally I would meet my prospects or clients in local coffee shops in the London area.
Developmental Career Coaching
You will fully realise and apply your true potential in achieving your goals towards higher endeavours. Boosting your talents by knowing your true self worth, identifying where and how to upskill or seeking a promotion in your career are examples. You either remain in the same position or aim for the next one up in the same firm. HR departments of many small or large firms cannot dedicate their resources in career coaching you! Product Innovation Consultancy
Dr Nayak will provide full assistance towards your product design brief. A Non-Disclosure Agreement valid for 10 years is assigned to you. All details are then discussed over the phone. You will receive any assistance with draft sketches of your product so you can start from a blank slate. Then actual behind the scenes work commences immediately. Fast turnaround times guaranteed depending on size and number of components regarding your design brief.
Excellent attention to detail with high dexterity in providing hand drawn design briefs of component parts including full product in orthographic and isometric view. Maximum product dimensions are 5.0 x 5.0 x 5.0 m. All design briefs are accurately scaled drawings to +/- 0.5 mm. Express your ideas and creativity with peace of mind that Dr Nayak will NOT tell others.
