For the best part of my life I have been an avid fitness enthusiast, competing in a myriad of challenging events with an aim to keep myself stimulated, happy and in the best condition possible.

I undertook a 12 week Transformation with Paul Bennett and I can honestly say it was a fantastic overall experience. Not only did I click with Paul from the start but I lost over a stone and a half in weight. My body shape has changed and my visceral fat has reduced significantly. A really great neighbourhood gym. All the Personal Trainers know their stuff and are always on hand to guide and support you. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful this last year, and it's made a real difference. I've seen a huge improvement in my overall fitness and am setting new goals all the time. Platinum personal training is a hidden gem tucked away on the Broadway in clements arcade. Visiting family for Christmas in Leigh for 3 weeks, I needed a local a gym to train a couple of days a week while I'm here. I am over the moon I found platinum pt! Paul & the team are super friendly and welcoming. The gym is equipped with everything you need and more for most training programs. I’ve been training here since 2016 with one of the Coaches. For me it has everything we need for Strength and Power Training to match my sport. Of all the local places to train in Leigh and local area, this is the most inclusive and motivating place where you can be you. All of the Trainers/ Coaches there work with you to be a stronger fitter version and you’ll be matched to the one which suits you best. More...

Peter has been fantastic in helping me reach my goals. With 24/7 support and advice he has made my experience extremely comfortable and fun! He constantly kept me motivated by giving me varied training plans and also healthy meal ideas. I originally did the 12 week plan with Peter but continued on with him, just finishing my sixth month. He has now given me the confidence to go to the gym and use the equipment properly and safely.

Peter gave me the encouragement to strive to hit my goals. He kept me motivated and pushed me to achieve the results I wanted. Seeing someone giving all his time, putting as much effort as possible into his work was inspirational. Advising me not only at the gym but nearly every day regarding my diet and tips for exercises at home. He kept me focused when I needed that extra help and thanks to him for the first time in 8 years I managed to lose 2st and feel happy with myself. More...

Being the more mature client I have been overweight and unfit for too many years to mention and the gym has never been a friend of mine, but in 12 weeks Peter has changed all that! ! Not only has he given me fantastic results but he has given me the motivation to want to continue to improve further. I can't lie it has been hard at times but Peter has been a constant support, always just a text or phone call away with advice, whether it be exercise or nutrition, he has even given me recipes to try when I was running out of new ideas. To sum it up Peter has achieved something I never thought possible, a healthier, slimmer more toned body. Bring on the next 12 weeks, let's finish what we have started.
