I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone. We had our newborn photo shoot just before Christmas after deciding last minute that we’d like some professional photos of our baby. The session was really informal and relaxed and at no point felt rushed. Sarah was brilliant with our daughter when she got upset, and was happy for me to feed or comfort her whenever needed. The photos are absolutely gorgeous and consist of a whole range of different poses and outfits. We ended up buying the whole digital package as there was no way we’d be able to choose just a small selection from the pictures! I spilt water all down the vents in my MacBook Pro, to cut a long story short, it wiped out my logic board and spread around the machine rendering it useless. I took it in to Andy initially to see if he could retrieve my data as that was more important (I hadn't had anything backed up silly I know!) within 24 hours Andy had managed to grab back all of my data and completely stripped down the MacBook somehow managed to work his magic and got it working again.
I collected the laptop back this morning after Andy's exceptional work throughout the day & night, and I could barely tell anything had happened which is extraordinary given how wet the inside of the Mac was! He even video called explaining his current status of the job and keeping me informed on the job, you can't ask for better customer service than that.

There's so much more I could say about Andy and his helpful service and the way he worked on my laptop his care and dedication for someone else's possessions is far superior than what I've ever experienced before in any retail shop. I certainly wouldn't visit anybody else ever again if I had any issues. He's a top top bloke and I would certainly recommend him. Even when I lost all hope of retrieving my data he managed to work through the night and get everything back data, laptop et all! More...
