I just purchased a Casio AP 470 after having a most wonderful interaction and experience with David and Richard. They are incredibly talented musicians with professional knowledge and a personable approach. Both are outstanding. Never have l had such a joyous transaction in a unique retail outlet. My husband and I popped in today whilst visiting for the weekend. We have previously been in and seen David and the lovely Prudence on Friday, but had the wonderful fortune to come in again today and meet Richard. Well - it was the best part of our weekend. Richard is talented, very personable and a generally wonderful human being. His knowledge was invaluable and having gone in for some sheet music and a Ukelele - ended up walking out with a new piano too and we are incredibly happy with our purchases! We have just bought a wonderful Yamaha keyboard from Arundel Pianos, and can't praise David and the shop highly enough. It's a fabulous place to browse, with a very impressive range of pianos, music books and accessories. David is lovely, extremely knowledgeable and, of course, a brilliant musician himself. He gave us loads of his time, patiently answering all of our questions, and went out of his way to ensure we got the right piano and accessories. He delivered and set-up the piano, offering further advice and assistance. Beautiful shop tucked away at the end of an alley way where they are always ready to help and advise. Particularly love Prudence the Piano Pug. Went for a walk in Arundel and a wander round the antique shops, came across David's piano shop went in and met David. We had been thinking about changing our acoustic piano for a new digital one. Did shop around but came back to David as having also spoken to Richard we decided that we would like to buy locally. My husband I went to this wonderful piano shop last Saturday and was greeted by the lovely Richard. His service was fantastic. He was so helpful, honest and polite.
