I’m admittedly a disgruntled ex employee. My brief experience with the company gave me some degree of an insight into their standards. From customers perspective they offer an average workmanship as far as installation or renovation is concerned but I can’t tell about the quality of windows they supply as I believe these could actually be of a very high standard. From an employee perspective it’s much worse though. You might be expected to work seven day week, that’s obviously including Saturday and Sunday with regular hours over the weekend and you won’t be paid anything extra for that. You might be promised some money to cover the longer car commute but you’ll unlikely to ever receive it. Last but not least if you ask for a pay rise you might be told it could be done but then be sacked by text message later on that day with a few hours notice. More...
