I contacted Neil Walker as I wanted plans doing for a double storey extension he came out to the project exactly when he said he would and then took it from there his plans were good I changed my mind a couple of times and asked him to redraw which he did no problem The council passed the planning permission I’ve also contacted him for advise while the project has been ongoing which he was happy to help whith he posted me out the printed drawings very fast really happy with the work provided I have recommended him to a friend and will be calling him on the next job. I recently used Neil in Oct 2018 for two sets of plans for 2 extension. 1kitchen extension to the rear of our property and 1 front entrance. Everything was done as efficiently as possible and both sets passed building control and planning without any problems.
