Just wanted to say a very BIG "Thank you to Arborcare" for a caring professional way they were this week, cutting down & trimming my trees for me.
Arrived early enough to start prompt at the time they had planned.
Clean, prompt & caring for their job they do.
Would definitely recommend them every time!
Made such a lot of difference to my garden so quickly.

I haven't had the work done yet. But the knowledge and care and discussions we had about the work that I need doing .. was enough to confirm I wanted them to do the work for me.

i booked and waited 5 weeks for this company to a job for me today {1 march 2021}they called me on friday 26th february 2021 to say that craig 1 of the men had covid and they couldnt do any work until he was better. yet today the day they were ment to be starting my job they are out doing a job for someone else including craig.ive just seen a video of them doing work today that they posted on their website.if they didnt want to do my job all they had to do is tell me that instead of wasting my time.and making up stories why you couldnt do the job i booked them for.this is very rude and very unproffessional More...

Travis responded quickly to my inquiry, he confirmed that my Ash tree was dying and falling into my neighbours property. They managed to fit me in (which saved me any possible claim) and took my tree down leaving me the firewood that my family will enjoy and chipped the remainder for my herbaceous beds.
