We hired Perthshire building services to extend our kitchen into the garden bye 2.5m and supply and fit new kitchen and bathroom with floor tilling and all the mod cons in kitchens spotlights kicker lights
A new front and back door plus some rewiring
We can fault this company at all first class service from stst to finish
We had family and friends over at Christmas and new year every one wouldn't stop saying what a difference and more space the builders have dun wonders and what a finish you'd take 1 look over the project and you'd think it's like a picture out a magazine it's that well finished
We're considering a front porch cloakroom or a side extension but not sure yet as we need another room for our family when they are staying over but not sure

I should have left a review a while ago but just got round to it
We contracted perthshire building services to build our double extension with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with a garage below
We paid first deposit 6 weeks prior to them starting and they arrived on the date they gave me along with a lorry full of materials skip and digger
The boys worked on our job for 8 weeks solid in all wethers
All the boys were very well manared and pleasant very helpful clean and tidy
Our new space looks amazing far better than we intisapated if it wasn't for perthshire building services making it happen with all the hard graft then I don't think we would have what we do
We all can't thank you all enough
Well recomed this company and will definitely be using them again

We paid 20k to perthshire building services and they started work on our new double bedroom extension for our girls and a new kitchen diningroom downstairs along with internal works
All the boys were great to get on with all very plesent and clean and tidy they all knew what they were doing working in all wethers to get our build finished
They finished on the 27 September 2022
We all absolutely love our new space and the girls love there new bedrooms
We will definitely recommend this company to anyone
Well get you back in the new year for the 4 log cabbins in our grounds
And my mum would like work dun also in the new year

Perthshire building services have just finished a ground floor bedroom and bathroom extension for my dad to live in as he's unable to look after him self
From start to finish the project took 12 weeks due to wether and lack of materials
But we can't fault perthshire building services at all first class service from start to finish the boys arrive around 8am and finish at 5 all the sub contractors who worked on our project we're great and we have a great relationship with perthshire building services
We're very happy with the finished project and my dad lives his new space
We will definitely highly recommend perthshire building services to any one looking for a builder

Kevin Harrison from Pershireshire Services carried out a survey on our property end of September then first week in October provided quote, which is was paid £3000 deposit and an agreement to start two weeks later.
Since then all we received is one excuse after another. Still trying to get our money refunded or work done. next step is to get the police involve as I am starting to think that they are con artist. Please do not fall into my trap and give this company any money up front. I guess taking a copy of Kevin driving licence and having his signature on paperwork will be a start for the police.
gave one star as thats the only way to they would accept my review.

Kevin arranged to visit us and priced our kitchen extension
We accepted Kevin's quote as it was the cheapest we had
We paid kevin the first stage deposit and work began 4 weeks latter Kevin and his team arrived Kevin singed me and my wife up into a contract explaining the project and the payment terms
Our project took 8 weeks from the start to finish due to hold up on steel Kevin and his team always keped us in the loop throughout the full project me and my wife are very very happy people our extension looks amazing
Well definitely be using Kevin and his team again soon for another project

I found this company through Google after I was searching for a builder to complete my rear double story extension, Kevin explained to me that he would require a 1st stage material deposit four weeks prior to him starting my work, I was happy to do so as Kevin reinsured me that a full receipt would be giving and that he or his team will keep in contact with me regarding material and start date , the day Kevin and his team started , Kevin signed me into a written contract , giving me a full detail of what work was getting carried out he also provided me with a full receipt of my payments and also sent me screenshots via text message to say he received payment, from start to my job been completed I had no problem with Kevin or his staff , all the boys are very pleasant and very well mannered and clean and tidy
I would highly recommend kevin and his team to anybody
