Well, the main thing that people want to know about any company is “are you good at what you do?” And whilst we’d answer with a resounding yes, we do recognise we’re a little biased and that potential clients might want a bit of background and evidence.

Our existing clients range from Right to Manage companies, Tenant Management companies, Developers and Freehold Investors. We work closely with all of them, providing input on matters including company structure, services required to effectively manage a block or estate, preferred contractors for each trade, frequency of visits and much more.

We understand that we’re here to take the problem away… not be part of it.

And of course, we’re regulated and monitored by all the relevant governing bodies in our industry. We’re members of The Property Ombudsman scheme and our Property Managers have either qualified with the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) or are studying to attain membership.

There’s several other acronyms that we also belong to, but these in particular should assure you that we monitor and maintain high standards within Apex Block Management.
