What can I say other than Fantastic... I called up at around 3.30 on a Thursday afternoon and they were at my house at 5.30 the same day dealing with our unwanted lodges !!! They were calm and reassuring to us, which calmed the Mrs down.. They checked everywhere both inside and outside and quickly dealt with the issue. I really cant recommend APC highly enough. After many years of dealing with rats living under our floor, we phoned Anston Pest Control who diagnosed the problem (the rat access point) on the first visit. Use APC for all our business premises on a annual rolling contract which includes regular visits and treatments; and have used them on a personal level at my property for a rat problem, turned up when they said they would. I have had several dealings with this company in a professional capacity stretching back to 2013. They have contracted sites I have worked on dealing with rodent control in a very precise and totally professional manor. Rang APC about 10.30 in the morning re a bees nest in roof space. They said they could get to me that same afternoon but not before 2. Sure enough, they came about 2.15. Dealt with the nest and gave us both verbal and written advice on what will/should happen. Rang a couple of days later as still a couple of bees buzzing around. Reassured that that was normal but if still there after a few more days they would revisit and deal with it with no extra charge. Sure enough, no further problems.
