The key to our discovery process is identifying the kind of people who you're looking to reach, and identify what questions they're asking online when they're looking to buy.
This includes questions around your typical customer profiles, identifying unique selling points to present to them and delving in-depth into what your competitors are doing well so we can emulate and enhance this.
Describe your creative process.
Our in-house design team will begin with fleshing out the message behind your branding, before creating concepts that deliver this in an effective and noticeable fashion. You then identify what your favourite parts of each are before a final concept is delivered which is then taken through to launch.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
This varies massively from client to client! Some of our customers just give us a general idea to run with, others spend weeks working with us to carve out their exact intentions for campaigns so we can bring their vision to life exactly as they see it.
For SEO, we look at keywords you are already ranking for and those which we can quickly dominate.
What do you love most about your job?
The customers! We get to spend our days working on a huge range of customers, from Private Hospitals through to e-commerce stores, and each presents a unique challenge for us to sink our creativity into.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Angry Apple was born with a simple vision: we want to empower businesses which have new ideas to reach the right customers at the right time.
Our founder, Paul, has 20 years of experience in Online Marketing and started the company with our core principles always in mind.

Absolutely. We have a full suite of technology specifically to retain efficiency and personal service when working with customers who aren't near us geographically. We have international customers who receive exactly the same service as the clients we have on the same road as us.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We cough on everyone who comes in. Just kidding! We've implemented remote and rotational shifts for all of our staff, along with daily temperature checks of anyone who does need to be in the office. Whilst we can still see customers in person where absolutely necessary, we're now conducting most of our business and monthly catch-ups with customers via Zoom.
