Anderson Plumbers recently carried out work for us, started out a small job, should have been quite quick and easy but as the bathroom was prepped for the change of units and toilet then we found several things wrong. ..Ricky always discussed the issues with us and we agreed what action to take. The problems kept coming I hasten to add NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK RICKY COMPLETED and he ended up back the next day and then two more days. At no stage did we feel that problems were being found and created Ricky actually went over and above. The happy look on the face of my customers when I have completed a job for them and they can't stop thanking me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in plumbing on high end luxury properties for several years, however after our family relocated to Camberley I decided it was time to venture out on my own. There are many companies out there that offer plumbing services, but from speaking with friends, neighbors and colleagues, i realised that many do not take the pride in their work that I do, or pay the meticulous attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction that is at the heart of my business.
