We see the need for comfortable office space with all modern facilities, particularly for communications. We have high-speed internet in the building. We also understand the necessity for businesses to know their rental costs in advance. We offer fully-inclusive rental terms, with the exception of business rates.

As one of the owners of this business, I come from a background of owning a large portfolio of residential properties for over 30 years. It was here that I learnt some very important lessons in customer relations, as all my tenants were students. They needed help on so many occasions and I, and my small team were always on hand to answer questions and fix problems. It was no surprise that when a poll was taken to vote for the best landlord in Kent, I was voted top of the list for both years the scheme was running.

My business partner and co-owner of Anda House has been in the commercial property market for more years than he would probably admit! Our profiles match. Our desire to care for our tenants is a priority. We want Anda House to be a happy and comfortable place to conduct your business.
