My CCTV will be installed by this company in January 2024. The service I have received from them at the moment is excellent, when the cameras are installed then I will give five stars.

Ryan was great in dealing with the quote and the info he supplied of the system and how it works was phenomenal.

They are a no nonsense company. They don't sugar coat or pamper, but let their service delivery do the talking. You might be a bit put off because there is no sugar coating sales talking ( which I like) they just give you the facts. You will soon establish it is a company that has high quality. This week my camera was giving some problems, the engineer who came was amazing. Polite, respectful of my property ( took his shoes off to get to the DVR upstairs) nothing was a bother, no messing about trying to patch things, just changed what needed to be changed. Alpha CCTV were the first company to respond to my query. From start to finish dealing with Ryan, he was really knowledgable and helpful. The installation went well and Jason was a very polite professional young man. Unfortunately there was an issue with the hard drive which was one of those things. Ryan responded to all my messages within a timely manner and another engineer came round to replace the hard drive. The CCTV is now all up and running.
