Quoted me for the job and said there would be a 5 year guarantee and he could do it that week. Did do some work but kept going off to do other jobs. After work finished no guarantee and roof still leaks. Said he would come back but didn't and is ignoring my calls. Foolishly I paid in cash so no comeback. Have reported to Trading Standards.
