I offer supportive, non-judgemental counselling to help you deal with difficulties in your life.
In a counselling session you can explore various aspects of your life and feelings, talking about them freely and openly in a way that is rarely possible with friends or family. The process can be very rewarding as you may discover hidden strengths and truths about yourself

I offer flexible timings and my fees are negotiable to take into account your ability to pay. Sliding scale from £50 to £20 per one hour session. I have worked with couples and individuals since 1996.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and follow their code of ethics in my work.

My background is in education as an adult education teacher and manager. I was born in Norway and have been living in Surrey since 1970. I am married and have two adult sons.
