What do you love most about your job?
I get great pleasure in working with people who want to make a positive change; become high performers at work; have time for themselves and their loved ones outside of work; knowing that I have helped someone to:
- Feel better about themselves
- Be less stressed
- Have more confidence
- Be in the career they want
- Have quality time at home
My coaching also enables me to have a better work / life balance; be healthier; while doing a job I love.
I have worked hard to get to where I am today and it is rewarding to experience the success of my coaching.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During the 30 years I worked in business managing and leading teams, I took a couple of breaks to do volunteering work in Peru and Laos. I loved the freedom and the sense of achievement; seeing how others benefited from my time with them; building their confidence; providing them with the skills and knowledge they required to get a job; learn a language etc. I wanted this to continue in the workplace.
At work, I experienced redundancy; large change programmes, switched from permanent to contractual employment; worked for one of the big 5 consultancies and smaller startup companies; experienced many different styles of management. I saw what success and failure looked like.
As a manager in the workplace, it can be difficult to develop people properly and give them the opportunities and self-development they wanted.
In 2021, I upskilled with an ICF coaching diploma and now use my knowledge, skills, and experience to work with people who want to develop themselves; progress their careers; have a healthy work-life balance.
If I had had a coach, I would learnt how to develop myself, my team members, and the team better. I would have moved into my new career much sooner, been happier, less stuck on a hamster wheel.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't want people to be stuck in their career, spinning on the hamster wheel like I was.
I understand each client is unique and will have their own story and journey to travel. I will listen to what you have to say and understand what it is you are looking for, and if you are not sure, we will find out.
I have built my Coaching business on top of 30 years’ experience of working in various organisations and industries. I have experience of working in high demanding, pressured environments, successfully led teams; turned individual’s and teams’ performance around; experienced a range of management styles; experienced corporate and departmental change. So I can relate to what the client is saying and experiencing.
I now take people along their own journey towards the career they want, balancing both work with outside work. It is all about you and what you are looking for.

I work remotely using zoom, ms teams, or skype. Invitations are issued at the time of agreeing a date and time to meet.
