1:1 coaching that would typically comprise the following:
1. An understanding of your goals and ambitions
2. Your current position/role, including its limitations. Also your own strengths and areas you wish to develop.
3. Options that you may be considering, including any learning/training you need to reach your immediate next goal.
4. Explore some actions you may want to take as a result of these conversations.
Sales coaching and development
This service is aimed at helping SMEs (small to medium sized enterprises) develop their sales process and includes:
1. Evaluation of your current sales process maturity and advice on how it can be improved. This may include review of your territory and account planning; lead generation and qualification; bid and deal process; differentiation, business case development, risk analysis and stakeholder management.
2. Advice and support on qualifying, bidding and winning a specific deal. I can provide tactical and strategic sales guidance to improve your win chance (or qualify out early) on deals important to your organisation.
