Our pricing:
Loft conversion value engineering: £250, including calculations and drawings, or straightforward calculations with sketches.
Typical rear/side/wrap-around extensions value engineering: £300, encompassing superstructure and foundation (excluding on-site visits over the weekend).
Site visits: London - £150 for the initial visit and £110 for subsequent visits; Outer London - £100.
