What do you love most about your job?
Every day is different in this game which makes it enjoyable. Job satisfaction is definitely one of the benefits of this trade! When the customers happy, we’re happy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our family has been involved in the plumbing and heating sector for donkeys years! My grandad was a plumber who passed the baton onto his sons who in turn passed it onto me and my brothers. I have worked for a couple of firms but i knew eventually id leave to join the family company and take it to the next level by bringing new knowledge, new accreditations and new ideas.
Afterall “Agnitio” is latin for knowledge!
