We assess client needs and requirements in order to deliver design solutions within a sustainable environment. We work with the client throughout each stage of the design process in order to provide the very best design which is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

We are very passionate about our work and have great results in getting the planning permissions.

The project starts with an initial briefing which follows with survey if necessary. The next stage is to produce the sketches of few options and based on the final sketch which fulfils the client's requirements is submitted for planning application.
Planning permission generally takes 8 weeks and after this is achieved, working drawings are prepared .These drawings are then submitted for building regulations and tenders are invited for competitive prices.

We get involved in analysing the costs and once the builder is appointed ,a contract is signed between the client and contractor.

Once the project goes on site we make weekly site visits and try to resolve the issues .We also guide the clients if they need help in taking any decisions and issue the interim certificates based on the work done on site. At this stage 95% of the contract sum is paid and 5% is retained till practical completion.

At the end of the project snagging is done and if it is achieved satisfactorily ,2.5% of the contract sum is released.

After defect liability period further site inspections is done for latent defects. Once they are cleared final 2.5% retention money is released.
