Magik from Advance Airport Transfer was absolutely brilliant from the onset. We called initially and then corresponded via email. He responded straight away and confirmed our booking within minutes. He was early on the day which suited all 7 of us as we were excited to go on our hols. The bus/van was spotless and air conditioned. Whilst on our hols I confirmed our flight number and again Magik replied swiftly. When we came out of the airport he was ready and waiting for us. A reliable company and very friendly man. Absolutely amazing throughout
Really good communication with us throughout, our flight was 2 hours delayed, Simon was there waiting as we arrived in arrivals, parked nearby, helped us with everything, brilliant with young kids who were exhausted and overtired from long journey, ample space in vehicle (we are family of 5 that travel heavy - 3 small kids + husbands sports equipment), brand name car seats provided - appropriate for ages stages of all 3children,careful driver, happy to do what he could to help with kids and stopped when they needed. Would highly recommend. Excellent from start to finish. Very reasonably priced. Our driver Daniel couldn’t do enough for us. We both have disabilities including needing a wheelchair so they went out of their way to accommodate us and give us any assistance we needed and took us right to check in at the airport. Can’t rate them enough!! Great communication at all times. I even had a very late airport change after missing a connecting flight and nothing was too much hasstle for them. Best in the south west by far!!
