Dharmesh was extremely professional , diligent, reassuring and knowledgeable throughout our experience working with him.
We wanted to combine two lateral flats in Kensington to create a large three bedroom flat. This required planning permission , building control and a license to alter application and his advice and suggestions always gave us the confidence that we were dealing with someone who really knew the ins and outs of license to alter applications. In addition to his timely communication he is also a very resourceful guy who can find you the tradesmen/professionals you need as and when you need them on short notice. Adova was recommended to me by a friend and I appointed them to completely redesign a flat I had purchased for my son in Chelsea.

The design was fantastic as my son was very pleased and they obtained all the necessary consents and kept the building management at bay throughout construction.

The project did take much longer than expected but this was due to delays in obtaining the freeholder's consent for the alterations; Bottom line is I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adova to anyone who's looking for a team to take the stress away from their project, especially if you don't live in London while the works are taking place. Adova were appointed as the principal designer in the full refurbishment of our lateral apartment in Mayfair, which included structural alterations. The whole team is incredibly passionate and diligent, which is why they were then appointed to manage the construction.

They were appointed in May 2017 and were given an extremely healthy budget. Adova acquired all of the necessary consents and completed the works last week; we moved in on Thursday and are delighted with the results.

Total refurbishment of a grade 2-listed terraced house in Bayswater, including extending the ground floor. Full design and construction management.

I had a great experience working with Dharmesh and his team from the day he visited me at the property after I'd just completed the purchase. As I travel often for business, their online project management system (Podio) really helped me feel involved in the project from start to finish.

Adova's fees are higher than most but I got my money's worth.

ADOVA was appointed to completely redesign and build my London flat, which included a full strip out and a complete alteration of the internal layout. Services included architectural design, interior design, joinery, kitchen design and manufacturing along with procurement.

They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish especially during the difficult process of acquiring freeholder consent - their skill in handling a potentially explosive situation was masterful and I cannot thank them enough.

The team were never short of ideas and you can see they enjoy what they do.

ADOVA were appointed by myself to acquire all the necessary consents for some internal alterations as well as a roof & ground floor extension for our new home in Chelsea. Our home is in a conservation area, which meant I wanted the best advice as acquiring the consents for the work we wanted to carry out was an absolute necessity. I met with Dharmesh at the property during the purchase process and we were in good hands from day one.

Our freeholder was particularly tricky and Dharmesh's skill in handling the situation in a calm and professional manner was masterful. I will say their fees are incredibly high compared to other quotes I received but you get the value you deserve.

My wife and I hired Adova to create an efficient floor plan so we could get the best use of our new flat in South Kensington. The flat isn't big in terms of square footage but it certainly feels a lot bigger thanks to Aneeka, our designer. She is extremely talented and helped us create a layout that makes the flat feel like a house!

4) Source and purchase everything.

Great team, designed a perfect home by understanding who we are (they interviewed every member of my family, including my 7 year old son) and always replied to any questions/queries within 24 hours (nearly always less unless it was a weekend).

I initially appointed Adova in July 2015 for space planning.

I wanted to reconfigure my home in Hampstead to create more space to entertain without extending and I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience. I initially met with Dharmesh, the business development director and then I was appointed a designer (Aneeka) as the project moved forward.

They provided me with three floor plans, of which I choose one to further develop. I was given every opportunity to make any changes I wished until I gave final approval, however thanks to their creative and talented team I decided to move forward with the layout option they had provided.

Once the layout was finalised, I again appointed them to complete the necessary drawings for building control approval. They also liaised with the structural engineer to comply with building control, which was incredibly useful as I simply did not have the time to co-ordinate.

All communication during every stage was done through their online project management software, which I found to be easy to use and very familiar as it has the same layout/features as facebook. All drawings, notices, invoices etc. are stored online and accessible 24/7. The iPhone app is also great as I could comment on drawings etc. while on the go.

During construction, Aneeka was a phone call away if the contractor had any questions which was fantastic considering the nightmare stories I've heard from friends/neighbours. The contractor was also added to the online program which made communication incredibly clear & transparent, which made the process incredibly smooth.

What made me choose Adova over the companies I met with was the fact that they came to see me at my home (without charging me a fee), were incredibly knowledgable and I could see they were passionate about what they do. I would have no problem in recommending their work. More...
