I arranged 2 visits with this company… didn’t turn up, no phone call

Glad I didn’t get him to do any work if this is what they are like More...

A very professional job that was completed quickly and efficiently, and to a very high standard.
They even managed to carry out the work 1 week earlier than they had initially estimated.
A well deserved 5-stars.

Quote requested for a large volume of decorative stone to be removed, existing turf dug up and a new larger area laid as well as foundations for an office to be built and patio with tray inserts.

Honest review;

Patio is loose/wobbly and didn't bother covering my drains with tray inserts just left exposed.

The foundations have sunk in part, came back to relay and they’ve sunk again, turns out it’s laid on sand with no cement mix. Now just a messy finish with no slabs just gravel and sand.

Had to return to correct the grass as it was laid on the decorative stone instead of well prepared soil (more on this next) so obviously would just die. It isn’t level either and now after it’s been left 8 weeks hardly any rooting and all waterlogged due to poor ground prep / soil compaction.

Didn't take away the stone, have dug up the turf and found none has been taken away just left (i was out the day works done so probably thought he could get away with it) massive volume of stone now just sat under boggy turf.

I’ve had £1k back from my bank after they saw evidence and i’ll be claiming the rest back. Tried giving it time but an absolutely woeful job. Main fella Gareth isn’t a bad bloke but he just turns up with loads of randoms who aren’t qualified and neither is he clearly.
