What inspired you to start your own business?
As a family we have been involved in the cleaning industry for 35 years. We have worked for high profile cleaning companies in the past, and so with our wealth of knowledge we decided to launch Absolute Brilliance Cleaning Ltd in 2012. We have combined our experience in hands-on cleaning services with our extensive background in customer service to provide a high quality, professional and meticulous cleaning service to our clients.

We are a friendly, family run business with a professional and personal approach which has given us an enviable reputation within the cleaning industry. We have around 40 domestic clients and 55+ commercial clients who have chosen Absolute Brilliance as their cleaning provider.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service, whilst maintaining a professional and meticulous cleaning service at all times - all of which we feel sets us aside from our competition.
We call in to see our commercial clients in person to check that they are happy with the level of service they are receiving from us, as well as dropping off our environmentally friendly cleaning products to each site in person.

We offer daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning services to all of our commercial clients, whether it be daily office cleaning and sanitising, or quarterly window and carpet deep cleans - no job is too big or too small.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Full PPE (face masks, disposable gloves and aprons etc) is provided for all staff and extended training. We have also introduced antibacterial fogging as one of our services.
