First class response, after a power cut my alarm keypad locked. I phoned the company to book an engineer, but the engineer suggested I attempted a fix myself first and of course it worked. Many thanks great response.

I had a very unpleasant encounter with a young man outside the main entrance to ARI AT 12.15 10/08. I was challenged on entry as to whether I knew where we were going. “Yes” I replied. “Where” he aggressively demanded. “The cafe” I replied. “Why” he demanded. A question which puzzled me. Well, I don't know which company the poor reviews have been dealing with, but have been with AAC for several years now since moving from Another Darned Travesty for our domestic alarm. Very helpful from the quote onwards; we got an extra sensor fitted, plus a Digiplus for free polling calls. 6 monthly service checks as standard instead of annual, and all for considerably less than aforesaid other company. Have had one obscure technical problem which took a little while to sort out but the latest engineer persevered and nailed the problem, and turned out it was a technicality with some equipment not of their making. Have always had good response from the office angels. Have recommended to a couple of friends/neighbours who also appear to be happy. More...
