Before we start the work with him I had heard so much stories about unfinished projects and delays elsewhere in Uk. Albert not only completed my project on time, he managed to complete a week earlier than my plan. This was the second job we had for Albert and so please with the first (a garage conversion).
This time was to completely re do an on suite.
Full replacement of sanitary and shower and re decorations of walls (tiles) and plaster ceiling etc.
All done very well and again a fantastic job.
Would most definitely recommend and will have Albert to do further work for us again.

Albert and his team were fantastic.
Kept in contact with me from start to finish and sometimes (quite often) out of normal working hours.
Which I really appreciated as communication is key when undergoing building work.
The quote provided for a complete garage conversion including an additional adjacent utility room was completed within 8 days. The final finish is fantastic and a few weeks down the line we are still very pleased we met Albert.
Now thinking of additional work for him for our bathroom.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If there’s subsidence in the foundations, this could cause the structure unsuitable for conversion, Signs could be cracks in the walls etc
Also public drain causing issues with planning and council

This largely depends on the scale of the conversion and what it would be used for.
 First you must assess what needs to be done and how you will execute it.
There’s so many factors that are involved depending on the type of garage, some of the main things are installation structure wiring and plumbing.
How long have you been in business?
I have currently been in business for three years, Previous to this I was running a large operation as A domestic builder.
since the age of 15 i have been in the trade its something that is just built in me.
What guarantee does your work come with?
I personally offer warranty for residential buildings this is for ten years with differing levels of protection in the earlier years.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to leave at 7 am go straight to Costa and rest for at least 30 minutes without my children screaming crying and my wife going on at me, also the eight hours I’m out of the house give me grat peace 
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have an ever growing family, this meant I needed to branch out so i was financially able to support them.
Being my own boss also meant I was able to run things with the precision and accuracy that makes my work unique.
